Dr. Ra'Shawn D. Flournoy, D.MIN

Executive Director 

Having a background in the non-profit sector for more than 18 years, Dr. Ra’Shawn Flournoy has employed unconventional methods that have greatly benefited numerous businesses and non-profit organizations across the United States in his position as a Senior Consultant. With a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others, Dr. Flournoy has established eleven social enterprises as a determined Entrepreneur.


Despite his notable accomplishments, he continues to stay connected to his origins as the Executive Director of the Quality Comprehensive Health Center.      Dr. Flournoy's expertise in the non-profit sector has allowed him to bring innovative and effective solutions to the organizations he works with. His unconventional methods have proven to be successful in generating positive outcomes and sustainable growth. Dr. Rashawn Flournoy's dedication to making a difference is evident in his continued commitment to the Quality Comprehensive Health Center. As Executive Director, he ensures that the center provides high-quality and comprehensive healthcare services to the community.

Dr. Alicia Howard, MD, MPH

Medical Director 

Alicia Howard, MD, MPH is a native North Carolinian and is a alumna of Charlotte's own Harding University High School. Dr. Howard is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC where she completed a dual degree in Biology and Psychology via magna cum laude. During her tenor at Howard University, she was inducted into the international honor society Phi Beta Kappa and joined the Alpha Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. She went on to receive her medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA where she was awarded the Woman One scholarship and Albert Schweitzer fellowship. Additionally, Dr. Howard obtained her Master’s in Public Health via the dual MD/MPH program with a concentration in Health Management and Policy from Drexel University School of Public Health. She went on to complete a three-year residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine who has a special focus on Hospital Medicine.
