Outreach Opportunities
At Quality Comprehensive Health Center (QCHC), community connection is at the heart of what we do. Our Outreach Team partners with organizations, schools, churches, and community groups throughout the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area to promote health, wellness, and education where it matters most right in our neighborhoods.

What We Offer

Free Health Screenings
Our licensed healthcare professionals provide on-site screenings for blood pressure, glucose, HIV/STI testing, at no cost to participants.
Health Education & Speaking Engagements
We offer engaging presentations and workshops on a variety of topics including preventive care, mental health, sexual health, nutrition, chronic disease management, and wellness in the workplace.
Community Tabling & Resource Fairs
Our team can set up an interactive information table to share health resources, answer questions, and connect attendees to care through QCHC’s programs and services.

If you’re hosting an event and would like QCHC to participate, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit this request at least 30 days before your event date. Requests submitted with fewer than 30 days’ notice may be declined or offered limited services based on availability.
