Our state-of-the-art health center in Charlotte is staffed by a team of Board-certified providers offering comprehensive Adult & Pediatric Primary Care. We specialize in a wide range of services, including an on-site pharmacy for HIV & Infectious Disease Care and Prevention, Diabetes Management, Behavioral Health Services, Medical Case Management, and a Training and Development Division to strengthen healthcare delivery in our community.
