Quality Comprehensive Health Center is seeking committed, mission-driven leaders to serve on our Board of Directors. Board members play a critical role in advancing access to quality, compassionate, and equitable healthcare while strengthening governance, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates with experience or interest in:

• Healthcare, public health, or behavioral health

• Finance, accounting, banking, or audit/compliance

• Legal, HR, risk management, or policy

• Community leadership, advocacy, or nonprofit governance

• Marketing, communications, technology, or strategic planning

• Patient or community representation aligned with our service population

Diverse perspectives and lived experience are highly valued.

Board Member Responsibilities

Board members are expected to:

• Attend regular board meetings (virtual and in-person)

• Serve on at least one committee (Finance, Governance, Compliance, Development, etc.)

• Uphold fiduciary, ethical, and legal responsibilities

• Support organizational fundraising and community engagement

• Act as an ambassador for QCHC’s mission and values

Commitment & Term

• Typical term: 2–3 years

• Estimated time commitment: 4–8 hours per month

• This is a volunteer, non-compensated leadership role
