Quality Comprehensive Health Center (QCHC) is committed to providing equitable, inclusive, and respectful healthcare services to all individuals. QCHC does not discriminate in the provision of services, employment practices, or organizational activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, religion, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws.

This policy applies to all QCHC programs, services, activities, employment practices, volunteer opportunities, and partnerships.

 

Equal Access to Healthcare Services

QCHC provides equal access to healthcare services for all patients regardless of ability to pay, insurance status, or protected characteristics. No individual shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any QCHC program or activity.

 

Employment & Volunteer Practices

Quality Comprehensive Health Center is an equal opportunity employer and volunteer organization. All employment-related decisions, including hiring, promotion, compensation, training, discipline, and termination, are based on qualifications, performance, and organizational needs without regard to any protected status.

 

Language Assistance & Accessibility

QCHC provides language assistance services and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other applicable laws.

 

Harassment & Retaliation

QCHC maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or retaliation. Any form of retaliation against an individual who reports discrimination or participates in an investigation is strictly prohibited.
