New Deputy Director at Quality Comprehensive Health Center



Ra’Shawn D. Flournoy, has been named as the new Deputy Director at Quality Comprehensive Health Center. In his new role, Flournoy will work closely with CEO Lisa Wigfall and the Board of Directors, providing strategic leadership, supervising daily operations, and serving as an ambassador and spokesperson for the agency.


Quality Home Care Services, DBA Quality Comprehensive Health Center, (QCHC) is a multi-faceted, one-stop shop organization, with two locations, one in Concord, NC and has been anchored in the West End, Charlotte, NC, community for over 17 years.


Ra’Shawn Flournoy brings over 18 years experience in executive roles in public and private sectors, including in not-for-profit, corporate, and faith organizations. During his career Flournoy has directed multi-million-dollar budgets and programs for federal, state, local, and national health organizations. Flournoy has been a longtime advocate for vulnerable populations.

His passion is rooted in addressing health disparities within various focus populations, education, HIV/STI, and creating innovative and best dissemination practices to integrally involve every level of public health in providing prevention and care activities.
