Meet Ashley McCleskey, LCMHC-A

Ashley McCleskey, LCMHC-A, is a compassionate and dedicated mental health therapist committed to helping individuals, families, and communities achieve healing, resilience, and personal growth. She provides a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe, heard, and empowered to navigate life's challenges with confidence. Ashley works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management concerns, low self-esteem, substance use challenges, and major life transitions.

 

Ashley's therapeutic approach combines evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and client-centered care, with cultural humility and genuine compassion. She partners with each client to identify personal strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals and values.
