Dr. Ra'Shawn Flournoy's journey began in the peaceful town of Spartanburg, nestled in the heart of South Carolina. Despite the tranquil surroundings, he yearned for a life filled with bigger opportunities and greater achievements. With that aspiration in mind, he embarked on a life-changing move to Charlotte, North Carolina, with the aim of becoming a pastor and establishing his own church. However, Dr. Flournoy's ambitions extended far beyond the confines of the church. His pioneering vision and instinct allowed him to venture into the marketplace, serving others in innovative ways. His ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds, regardless of their socioeconomic status, race, nationality, or creed, is a testament to his extraordinary leadership skills.

Dr. Flournoy's journey has not been without its challenges. At one point in his life, he experienced the depths of homelessness, facing immense difficulties and uncertainty. However, this setback did not deter him. Instead, it fueled his determination to help others and make a lasting impact.

Driven by his desire to uplift those around him, Dr. Flournoy established a multi-million dollar credit repair and funding company. This remarkable endeavor was just one of eleven social enterprises he created, each designed to give back to the community that had once supported him in his time of need. His unwavering commitment to helping others is exemplified by his continued serviced as one of the founding Campus Pastors of REHAB Church Charlotte.

Dr. Ra'Shawn Flournoy is not content with the status quo. His visionary leadership compels individuals to challenge conventional thinking and embrace progressive ideas. He believes that by doing so, individuals can create a more meaningful and fulfilling life experience, one that is authentically their own.

In addition to his remarkable achievements within the church and the business world, Dr. Flournoy also serves as the Executive Director of Quality Comprehensive Health Center. This organization, led by the black community, offers a comprehensive range of services across four locations in Charlotte. By providing a "one-stop shop" style of service delivery, they aim to meet the diverse needs of the community effectively.

Furthermore, he serves as a Senior Consultant for Visionque, providing technical assistance to community minority-based organizations in partnership with the Chicago Public Health Department and the University of Illinois.
