It’s National Handwashing Awareness Week. Handwashing with soap and water is one of the simplest, most effective ways, to stop the spread of germs and stay healthy.

Scrub your hands for 20 seconds with soap and water Clean hands often, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing. Wash your hands at key times during the day especially after using the bathroom and before eating.
